Mojtaba Ibrahimi (hereinafter referred to as www.i-love-lighter.com) is the contracting partner for all transactions that the customer concludes with us via www.i-love-lighter.com.

§ 1 General

The following terms and conditions and information are written in German. Upon request, they can be obtained by phone at the above-mentioned number or email address in digital or written form. They will also be sent to the customer after the purchase is completed.

Our legally valid address can be found in particular on the invoice and the imprint, as well as in these GTC.

For all our deliveries from contracts based on our offer at www.i-love-lighter.com, the following General Terms and Conditions apply. Any general terms and conditions of the buyer are expressly contradicted.

As far as these terms contain provisions for consumers and entrepreneurs, the following applies:

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or a legal partnership who acts in the exercise of their independent professional or commercial activity when concluding a legal transaction.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

Conclusion of the Contract

The conclusion of the contract on www.i-love-lighter.com takes place as follows:

(a) Legally

Legally, the products displayed on www.i-love-lighter.com represent requests to the customer to make a binding offer to www.i-love-lighter.com. Accordingly, the customer makes a binding offer by submitting their order. They will then receive a message by email from www.i-love-lighter.com without delay, at the latest within 24 hours, stating whether www.i-love-lighter.com accepts the contractual offer. In the event of acceptance, the message will contain a summary of the contract content, the GTC, and the cancellation policy, as well as payment instructions if advance payment has been agreed. A contract is then concluded. In the event of rejection, no contract is concluded. A contract is also not concluded if www.i-love-lighter.com does not confirm the acceptance of your offer by email within 24 hours.

(b) Technically

Technically, a contract is concluded as follows:

The customer clicks the "Add to Cart" button on the item description pages. The subject matter of the contract and the final price including VAT are then displayed. Here, they can decide (using the back button in the browser) whether they want to "continue shopping," i.e., return to the shop, or "proceed to checkout" to continue processing and submitting the order. They can also change the quantity of items to be ordered or remove individual or all items and then click "update." The modified conditions will then be displayed.

First Step:

From the shopping cart directly to PayPal, ShopPay, or G-Pay. To speed up the purchase process, the customer can go directly from the shopping cart to ShopPay, PayPal, G-Pay, or Amazon Pay. By logging in to one of these services and confirming the planned purchase, the manual entry of the customer's data is no longer necessary, and they will then return to www.i-love-lighter.com to continue with the further steps and ultimately complete the purchase at the summary.

Alternative "or" in Checkout:
Here, the customer sets up a customer account. With the personal customer account, the contact details for future orders are stored in the account. Address details must be entered.

There is a button to "return to cart."

Second Step:

Now, the customer must choose which shipping method they wish to use. Shipping is free at www.i-love-lighter.com.

Third Step:

Here, the customer decides which of the payment methods offered by www.i-love-lighter.com they wish to use, unless they have already registered via PayPal, ShopPay, G-Pay, or Amazon Pay. Payment can also be made by credit card, instant transfer, or on account (Klarna). Changes can still be made here.

Fourth Step:

By clicking the "Check Order" button, a summary appears. The customer has the option to make changes (button "buy") or make changes beforehand. The purchase can be aborted by closing the browser or by clicking the "Back" buttons until reaching the shopping cart and the shop. Upon purchase, www.i-love-lighter.com will send an email to the address provided by the customer, in which www.i-love-lighter.com accepts the purchase contract. This contains the contract text and all information about the right of withdrawal, data protection, GTC, and mandatory information.

After the Purchase; Storage of the Contract Text

The contract text is stored by www.i-love-lighter.com. Immediately upon receiving the acceptance declaration by email, the customer receives all important data for the purchase and a summary of the ordered services, the cancellation policy, the cancellation form, as well as the terms and information provided here and – if necessary – a payment request with the bank details. The invoice will be sent to the customer separately. www.i-love-lighter.com requests that all information be printed out and kept safely, the invoice for at least two years (entrepreneurs: ten years). Access to contract data is not possible for the customer beyond this. We are happy to resend the contract data upon the customer’s request by email.

§ 3 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Mojtaba Ibrahimi, www.i-love-lighter.com, Riepenhausenweg 20 21075 Hamburg, Germany, Email: Info@i-love-lighter.com, Phone: (+49) 4098760026) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction for this reimbursement unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling them in a way that was not necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
